How to Order
To Order from the Penelope Ann School Wear site, you need to create an account. to create an account click here.
Once you have set up an account, browse the site and select the products you wish to purchase. When you have completed shopping click checkout. You will then be taken to the payment section of the site.
Complete the forms with your details, select the card option you wish to make the payment with, when all the details have been added click Submit to complete the transaction.

Shipping and Delivery
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability.
Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail.
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. Delivery to some postcodes may take longer.
We don't deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Delivery will be between the hours of 8am and 6pm, we are unable to confirm a time.
Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the
service you select and cannot be refunded.
Orders up to £50.00 delivery charge £3.50
Orders over £50.00 free delivery.
We will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.

After you have placed an order on our website you will be taken to the payment section. Penelope Ann use HSBC for our payment collections. All transaction are encrypted (128 encryption) We do not hold any credit/debit card information.

Payment
We won't ask you for any payment until we've made sure that all the goods in your shopping basket have been processed. And to make sure you always have the highest level of security, your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. You can pay for your online order using Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Delta, Switch and Solo cards.
Please note we don't accept AMEX / Diners Club for online or telephone orders.

Returns
In the interest of hygiene we are unable to offer a refund on underwear or tights unless the product is faulty. This does not affect your legal rights.
After you have received your goods, you can return any clothing item to us for a refund or an exchange, as long as it is unused and returned in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt of your goods. You can either:
Take the item to our store or return by Royal Mail

Your Right To Cancel
If you order over the phone or online you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receipt of the goods . Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered.
Amending Your Order - before despatch of goods
In addition to your legal rights and obligations should you change your mind, you can cancel or change your clothing order by calling us on 023 9266 6142 or emailing enquiries@pa-schoolwear.co.uk up until the point of its despatch to you or a third party.
